What is included with the laptop and tablet rental?
Laptop comes with adapter and mouse in a bag, tablets come with charger and a sleeve. A range of accessories are available upon request.
How soon can I have my rental order executed?
Usually we are able to plan a delivery for the next business day. However for rental of more than 20 items it is advisable to submit the order 5 days in advance.
What happens with my personal data and passwords stored in the rental laptop/tablet during use?
After every use we delete permanently any personal data like files, browser history, stored passwords and saved accounts in order to protect the privacy of our customers.
What happens if I cancel my rental?
You may cancel your rental at any time with 2 days prior notice.
What happens if the rental laptop/tablet is stolen, damaged, or destroyed?
You are responsible for the rental items once they are in your possession. In case of malfunction of the hardware, which results from a regular use and is covered by warranty, the tenant is not responsible. In case of damage, due to action or inaction of the tenant, it is fully paid.
